At 7:30 PM, award-winning band, HighRoad, will take the stage. They are are a group out of Nashville whose fanbase canvas an array of genres - country, contemporary, bluegrass, and gospel.

There will many games and activities for the whole family. Some will involve water if you want to stay cool. There are plenty of water-free games if you want to stay dry! Be sure to dress for plenty of outdoor family fun! Families are encouraged to stay together throughout the event as some of the challenges require teamwork.

Our hope is SummerFest will be an incredible day of family fun! Some activities and games require team work while others can be played solo. Smiles, excitement, and family are the goals of these games.


Food Vendors

Food vendors will be on site to provide choices for families. Shaved ice, barbecue, burgers, hotdogs, and more!

The event, parking, and entertainment are all free, but you will need money to purchase food from the vendors.



There will be prizes awarded throughout the event! You must register to win a prize. Winners will be chosen by random drawing. There will be a variety of prizes the whole family can enjoy.

From I-85

  • Take exit 21to US Hwy 178 toward Liberty. 

  • Go 7.4 miles and turn Left on Bishop Branch Road.

  • Go 1.6 miles and turn Right on Central Road.

  • SummerFest will be on your right at Bishop Branch Baptist Church.

From US 123

  • Take Exit at Mile 6 (Eighteen Mile Road - Southern Wesleyan / Tri-County Tech)

  • Go toward Pendleton on Eighteen Mile Road 1.3 miles.

  • At the 3-Way stop sign, turn left on SC Hwy 88

  • Take immediate Right onto Central Road

  • Go 2.5 miles

  • SummerFest will be on your left at Bishop Branch Baptist Church.


What to Bring

  • Sunscreen

  • Lawn Chairs and Blankets for The Concert

  • Towels and Appropriate Bathing Suits for The Water Games

  • Money for The Food Vendors

What NOT to Bring

In an effort to make SummerFest a family-friendly and safe community event, the following policies will be enforced:

  • No Weapons of Any Kind

  • No Alcohol or Drugs

  • No Coolers (unless medically necessary)

  • No Pets (except for ADA service animals or K-9 Units)

  • No Signs

  • No Outside Sound Equipment or amplification

  • No Outside Food or Drinks

  • No Profane Language or Behavior

  • No Smoking

In an effort to keep everyone safe, NO alcohol or intoxication will be tolerated. Any violation of this policy can result in expulsion from the event.
